Asteroids Plus

Basically Asteroids plus a few features, such as point stars, enemies that shoot at you, and a few others.

Added instructions on how to play in game, which appear and disappear after a few seconds.

Changed shooting key to control, due to sticky-keys problem.

Nerfed asteroid spawning rate.

Enemies take longer to first spawn.

Added a rare capsule that the player can break and get an extra life.
